How to make delicious horseradish-encrusted salmon recipe with asparagus and teryaki sauce. This delicious meal is perfect for dinner parties or romantic evenings in. It's sure to become a favourite! Such a simple dish that looks wonderfully presented as a meal for friends and family.

Ingredients:

1 large Filet of Salmon
1 jar of Horseradish
Bunch of Asparagus
1 Tablespoon Teriyaki sauce

Preheat the Oven to 180C

00:43 Rinse your Salmon well and place in a pyrex dish and cover the fish with Horseradish.

01:55 Place in the oven for 25 minutes.

02:45 After 20 minutes, place the asparagus in a bowl of water and place in the microwave for 5 minutes.

04:14 For the last 5 minutes, turn the grill on and place the salmon underneath to crisp.

04:14 Pour the teriyaki sauce into a bowl and heat in the microwave if desired.

04:30 Take the salmon out of the grill and serve alongside the asparagus and teriyaki sauce.
