Nicholas loves to touch Charlie when we clean out his bowel each week. One of these days that poor fish is going to have a heart attack!

  • Actually we have gotten a new fish (moved from Alaska to Maryland and didn't want to try to transport that fish all the way) and a large tank.

Our new little guy, Nemo, is quite happy now and my son no longer is allowed to touch him, thanks to all the comments!

  • Actually that was what the fish came in when we purchased him.

  • Actually all, Charlie is no longer with us. I accidentally poured a bit too much of the drops that make his home safe for him when the top fell off the bottle.

We, unfortunately have not had a fish now since June but we look forward to having another fish later on.

I will definitely remember your comments and suggestions!!!

  • Hi, I have a tank like yours but in the bigger size. It's about 10 gallons. How about you put the drops that make his home safe in before you put charlie (or any other fish) in. This way he will be safe. :-)
