Vertical leap ( 60 inch box jump)

how high I can jump with two footed take off.

I'm 6 foot tall , so its about 5 ?

Me too! I did the training program offered by the site

and it was really an explosive one! It really worked

and I have gained 3" vert already in just 2weeks.

Couldnt be happier than any other program!
