Yeah, how dare they make you wait over 2 minutes to hear the effect. The nerve! And it's not like you can skip ahead to get to the playing... right Douchebag?

I'm getting one the moment I can find them available!! This plus the new Earthquaker Devices Rainbow Machine... My bass will blow up.

i've tried the pigtronix mothership and the micro sytnth (EHX) but i find that whenver i try and hold a note and let it ring on these pedals, the note cuts out after a second or two. Does this do the same, and if not, why>???

@MrMaxrodriguez - Analog octavers typically use flip-flop chips that track the note being played. As the note decays, it lets off a bunch of upper-level harmonics that cause the IC to false-trigger since it's not sure which freq to track.
We're reduced this to a large degree on the Great Divide, but if you sustain a note long enough it will eventually false-trigger.

@MrMaxrodriguez - One way to reduce/avoid this with any analog octave pedal would be put put a compressor in front of the octave so that it gets a very strong, consistent signal with no decay.....

Could you allow more than two presets in the next revision? I imagine the system could be like the one EHX uses for their digitally-controlled devices.

@Desmaad - The GD circuit architecture is not like the EHX pedals, which are 100% digital. The Preset on the GD is actually set in an analog fashion using DIP switches, so there's no possibility to add additional presets at this time....

What is the guitarist using for an amp?
