Hey folks, its been awhile, and guess what, we have Nick back.
This is the first Charlie and Nick episode we have done on StrictlySega for over a year, and although we might be a bit rusty its been great working together again.

So while talking about what we should kick off with we got caught in a conversation how Demo Discs were very influential on what games we chose to buy. So while getting to a review of Panzer Dragoon Zwei, we get a little side tracked and take a look at the Demo Discs that came out in Australia and Europe for the Sega Saturn. The Sega Flash Disc's Vol 1 to 7. So bare with us, as we are a little rusty. And enjoy this extra long episode.

Stay tuned as Grub and Nick have an episode coming out soon too.. A Dreamcast Game Review.

  • Let me Guess?? Panzer Dragoon Saga will be in Season 5. The Season finale. well that what I think. anyways i enjoy the videos keep up the good work. nice to see you to working again like in season 1.

  • it's pronounced tsvei, it means 2 in german lol, I like your reviews btw

  • Nice to see a decent vid that features a long and forgotten classic panzer was world class game nice stuff nice selection!!!

  • You know, I never see anyone talk about demo discs. what a good idea!! :)

it's funny that the two most expensive Sega games at the time (saga and shenmue) didn't sell all that well. odd considering how frickin awesome they were.

  • Demo discs at the time was a great way to test out new games at the time. The current mags like playstation and xbox still bring out demo discs every month to this day but now we have the internet and its much faster to get demos now. Nice to see Nick doing another video too, just like the old days.

  • do a panzer dragoon saga review plz

  • keep the videos long, it was entertaining the whole way through

  • Hey great review guys. That menu screen looks really cool, and Sega did a great job with it. Good to see another vid from you guys too. Can't wait until the next one. Keep it up guys.

  • Cool I've never seen ANY of those Saturn Demo discs. I had lots of Demo disks for PS1 back in the day. Actually XBOX had tons too because over here anyway we had a magazine (I think it was called Official XBOX Magazine) and it came with a demo disk every month. My Cousin had dozens of them back in the XBOX era. Panzer Dragoon sure looks cool. I played the first one WAY back in the day but haven't played any since. Saturn games are impossible to find over here!
