Don Ho was the kindest person in the world. He embodied aloha and that is why everyone loved him so much. He was also listed as one of the top 50 coolest guys who has ever lived. And, it's true. Don was definitely cool.

Taimane was the luckiest girl in the world when Don invited her to perform in his show. He was without question a positive influence on everyone he touched, and Taimane is soooooooo appreciative to him an Haumea.

u are so correct. Don was a fighter pilot and he absolutely was so proud of that. He spoke about it often. It also proves how intelligent a man he was. Don HO would have been successful in any career he chose. He just chose entertainment because he loved people. He was a great man. Not to mention he was voted as one of the top 50 coolest people ever.

Yes, and did u know......Don HO was actually voted as one of the top 50 "Coolest Guys Ever" in a national publication (cannot remember which one) several years back?

The best part of Don's cool is it came from a gentle place in his heart. He didn't have a "swagger" of cool, but more of a "gentle and kind" cool. In Hawaii, we call it aloha do da max.
