At 1:22 she states in Toronto she'd get a more negative response to her request for help with the bus schedule. I completely disagree. I found Torontonians to be VERY helpful to those asking for help-more so than Saint John, especially if you are different racial ethnicity. Saint Johners, in my experience, snub the non-white. It's horrible, and, being a Saint Johner myself, embarrassing
