it's still better to use cinema4D and then import it to ae :-)

Wait a sec, I can import 3D files from other programs? I've never heard of that feature of this plug-in, even though though I love it. So, can I do a complex modeling in my 3D program and then import it to AE through this plug-in, so the model will still be 3D?
