Since 1979, the Jobs For Youth Employer Service Department has been providing services to Chicago area businesses. Whether you need a receptionist or a customer service representative, a bank teller or a security guard, our job developers can assist you. We always have a fresh pool of highly motivated potential employees and our team of professional recruiters is eager to help you.

All Jobs For Youth applicants are high school graduates and have completed a two week competency based workshop. Each is carefully screened to fit your job requirements and some qualify for federal tax credit vouchers. Once placed, Jobs For Youth provides retention services and post placement counseling for up to two years.

In addition, we have recently established an employer resource center to assist employers with federal, state and local hiring guidelines and other relevant employment information. The resource room is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. No appointments necessary.

All of these services are offered to you at NO charge!
