There is no other "version" of the 2nd Amendment. And no, it has nothing to do with killing innocent people or animals. This has NOTHING to do with guns either. Place two guns side by side on a table. let and honest person have one and then let a mentally deranged person have the other. Guess which one gets used to slaughter innocents. The 2nd Amendment was placed near the beginning of the Bill of Rights for a reason.
