How to do basic jump rope tricks part 1

Really the most fundamental skills you can learn while jump roping, for those of you who may just be starting out, it's a set of tricks that are easier to learn than the ones in most of my other how to videos. Hope you like it, I use the entertainer because they can't claim copyright on it, happy jumping.

I am teaching the criss-cross, the double under, the side swings, and side swing opens, basic boxer level freestyle and a great stuff. Easy to learn, easy to impress others.

@CiciAlix3 I assume you mean the trick where I wrap the rope around my arm, swing it to the other side and cross... it's just called a wrist wrap cross, I teach it in the part 2 :)
