The classical way to fund large projects is through public stock offering, just want to remind people of how it used to be done. The central bank and state partnership is a way to skip over the need for voluntered risk tolerated funds, the state "borrows" or just creates the credit for the project and then taxes or accepts the inflation costs. If the Pharaoh wants pyramids, that's what gets built.

The "free market" dogma is what is now failing, and threatening the lives of billions as it crumbles. This is no surprise, as the origins are imperialist in nature, including the entirety of the Austrian school development of that dogma.

I agree with your definition, but what they are saying in the video, is that they are accomplishing this using technical means. By collapsing the physical economy, you collapse the structure that creates and sustain jobs. Not only that, but by collapsing jobs, and businesses, you also kill the food supply chain, which in turn will lead to a population reduction. To me this is akin to genocide. Maybe we just need a new term for it. Doesn't mean it's right for a group to conduct such a policy.
