  • . hmm... drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily... AT LEAST... the body REQUIRES this... he's drinks 3 gallons per day... 1 gallon = 128 ounces... 3 gallons = 374 ounces... which means he drinks enough water for a 748-pound man... . DAILY??? LOL!

  • i lost i 26 kg in two months... all i did was run every day in he street fot 20 mnts and drink a lot of water and reduce food!!

  • I agree not everyone has the same taste in exercise or food. It's about taking the principles which should be similar for everyone -- have to push, pull, lift something to build muscles, have to breathe and endure awhile to work your heart and lungs. Some people excel or need more group activity / competition, and some can remain motivated doing just P90x everyday. Keep working it your way!
