Why in gods glory did there have to be an evil taxman? It was still funny but why? His father was blackjack mulligan, his son was husky Harris, why did his character have to be kinda odd?

IRS vs. Undertaker had to be most random feud in WWF history. UT spent his entire babyface career to that point feuding with giant monsters and suddenly he's in a program with an evil taxman? I still don't get the logic behind it. And the "druid" storyline never paid off, either.

@superfrickensexy That's not true in the slightest, do your research the character of I.R.S. was portrayed by Mike Rotundo that previously tagged with Barry Windham. Paul Centopani portrayed Paul Roma who tagged with Hercules as one half of Power and Glory.
