@MegaGky There's no difference in German. You don't say "Mein Herz ist brennen." you simply say "Mein Herz brennt." If you think about it, "My heart burns" and "My heart is burning" have very little differences in English. So, it's reasonable to assume they can be totally disregarded as they are in German. "My heart does burn" is also translated "Mein Herz brennt" because of this. German tries to use as little helping and linking verbs as possible ;) rule of thumb.
