The trick is to push down on the player 1 button while putting a coin in. and bingo!

OK, maybe yeah. I mostly just use the top/right tunnel to group the ghosts. Not terribly amazing.

Cool video. Could you possible make a video like this, but for maze 3? I don't know what it is about it, but I always lose a life or two there.

why is the maze blue? i mean, on my emulator it does the same thing, but is there an explanation?

If you insert a coin at the point when it's initializing the color table (just before Blnky appears on the title screen), this "bug" happens. It's a much more relaxing color scheme, I think!
