This shit is the most ridiculous attempt to dramatize a tiny ass population of half assed wanna be gang members I have ever seen. I live in San Rafael from 2000 to 2006, and you will not come in contact with any of the latin gangs at all unless you're in the canal district at like 3 in the morning. Novato? Don't make me laugh. You'd be more likely to get into a fight with a hick in Novato. Marin City at one time was a genuine slum. Now it's been reduced to literally one block.
