The entire time Webber was at jaguar he WAS Jaguar.

I only recently found that the sound was due to the traction control... but I kept wondering what would it be and... yeah, the cars now sound cleaner. Now it's a matter of bringing back the V10 and the old front and rear wing configurations. Don'tcha agree that the current ones are horrible?

What do you mean he had no success in the Jaguar? By himself he managed to almost double Jaguar's best ever championship points standing by the end of the year. The car wasn't built for anything better than 10th and he managed 17 points in the season. hardly "no success".
