Honestly s2000's are not what they are cracked up to be. My regular de with full exhaust is neck and neck on a roll with an ap2 with comptech header back exhaust and an intake.

man a 4th gen with a DE-K swap, full exhaust, intake, and a lil tune with SAFC to lean it will take a s2000, its nothing special

De vs DE-k is the intake manifold... 95-99 had the DE (USIM) the silver intake manifold, and the 00-01's are the DE-K - they have the bigger smoother black intake manifolds, I.E. 00vi... the 00vi is alot faster... people that have 4th gens ususally for a good bolton do the 00vi or mevi.. along with y-pipe intake and full exhaust headers back.

no way you gonna take an S2000 in a 4th gen dont even try, i built the car from the ground up thats why i can beat an S2000
