Now my question is... if Raphael wears ORANGE in this version (instead of red), then I wonder what Michelangelo wears? In the arcade he wore orange (or rather "gold" the same color as the boomerang foot soldiers). In this version since the boomerang throwers are now YELLOW, perhaps he wears yellow? Mike's power bar always showed yellow even though he wore orange in game. Raph's shift from red to orange explains why the Red foot are now orange in this version.

Rapahel looks reddish peach here and the arcade version to me. Mike is Yellow-Orange. the same color as his energy bar. Foot Soldiers are Lemon Yellow instead of Gold. At least thats what it looks like to me

I see that all the color lifebars are gradiated, but to me in-game Mike wears orange. Raph appears very red in his porfile picture (when continuing) but in game, he has red with orange accents. In this version it appears Raph's colors are reversed in-game, so he has orange pads with red accents. Basically I think certain colors were swapped in the palette of these home ports.

Okay, tested it out myself, and it appears that everyone can do the wall jump, at certain points in the game.

you can do a wall jump at the end of the 1st stage and the last stage shown here.

I see now that there are several points in the game where you can do wall jumps! I am going to have to play through it a few more times looking for places where these could come in handy. Doesn't seem to work as an attack, only as an escape (though you can launch a lump kick after it in reverse direction if you wish, it affords no real benefit to doing so). I also wonder if it's possible to knock the foot off their bikes in the street stage

the wall jump is just added effect, no real purpose actually. Yeah you can knock the foot soldiers off their bike on the street stage

Did I just see you do a wall-jump? I never knew you could do that in the game (or is it only Raph)?

Interestingly, it appears Raph wears orange in this version, rather than red. the gold foot soldiers were changed to lemon yellow and the red ones were changed to orange...

I freaking loved this game! Me and my brothers spent an entire saturday and about 20 buck each beating this game at the arcade.
