@deltafour1212 Thanks for the feedback. You should try Ring Push Ups. They are truly a unique exercise. I don't think they can be done from a walker. They can be done with the Push Up Rings and a dip bar or a pull up bar. Best of luck with your workouts!

get a folding walker, You can do the exact samething with it without the freakin cost

@deltafour1212 It is true that a walker is a cheaper alternative and we recommend that for people who cannot afford a dip bar like this, but until you have used the UBP you will not understand. There is much more to this product and if you actually watched the video and tried one of our workouts you would know better.
