they are spraying a chemical compound that reduces the damage caused by high explosives or detonations in a close vicinity. yes they are rookies but we have all been their once before. funny how people comment on past personel experiences,(too much pressure, testing on the floor,no prep, no monkey suit etc..) and no i woudnt hire these guys to paint my house. but yes fuunny to watch
