Touched by an Angel was a television phenomenon. Executive Producer Martha Williamson made US television history as the second woman to ever solely executive produce two prime-time dramas simultaneously on American networks. She is certainly the first person ever to head two such programs that both blatantly honor God. After viewing the disastrous pilot for Touched by an Angel, no one believed that the show could be saved, but save it Martha did. Not only did she completely transform the program, her new version was the first religious drama to ever make it to top 10 in the ratings. Now we have the Touched by an Angel: The Inspiration Collection: Faith and Love. Martha is here to discuss it.
@RobinSullivanSpeaks For Someone to talk about Touched By An Angel to be timeless, they just possibly may not understand how Road To Avonlea is timeless, and how the entire serial drama chronology from the writings of Lucy Maude Montgomery was not like some soap opera! I mean for real Anne of Green Gables was not some Flowers In The Attic by Nancy Drew, and Road To Avonlea was not som Peyton Place which was a crummy soap opera! These are fabulous dramas that move you!

@RobinSullivanSpeaks I want all of those out there to know that I like Kevin Sullivan, & Trudy Grant from Canada better than Austin O'Brien Sr. & Martha Williamson, because of the way these people that have been mentioned have far better directing, producing, photography, writing, acting, preveying, and these people that I mention do their work brilliantly! Anne of Green Gables, and all of the tales of Avonlea are a real phenomenon over Touched By An Angel, or Promised Land!
