  • By the way, I am a saved "sinner" . Which is what God calls all of those who put their Trust in His Son. God sees us a perfect because the Blood of Jesus covers or ongoing sins. I sin each day, most of the day. But, I confess my sins as God commanded us to do and I am forgive thru my confession to HIM. The Bible explains God and His will for our lives & world. If you reject Gods Word, then you cut yourself off from His Salvation and there is nothing left to save you from Hell and seperation

  • @MPPFLIPP

Basically all you're saying is that believing and accepting Christ does not make one a Christian, despite that being the very point of Christianity. "If you reject Gods Word, then you cut yourself off from His Salvation and there is nothing left to save you from Hell and seperation"

Wrong. Romans 8:38-39. It says nothing can separate one from God, even principles. I don't care about the concept of salvation at this point. But I used to be a Christian.

  • SINCE U HAVE NOT OVERCOME THE WORLD, & U HAVE ABANDONED WHAT YOU HEARD OF THE GOSPEL, IT IS PLAIN TO UNDERSTAND YOU WERE NEVER SAVED, NEVER BORN AGAIN, NEVER SEALED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT.

BUT, IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO REPENT OF YOUR UNBELIEF, UNLESS THE RAPTURE HAPPENS 1st. AND IT IS NOT FAR OFF ACCORDING TO THE PROPHECIES THAT YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IN. IT IS AROUND THE CORNER OF YOUR LIFE AT THIS MOMENT - GOD DID NOT LEAVE US IN THE DARK HE GAVE AMPLE WARNINGS, WHICH U IGNORE

  • @MPPFLIPP

Again, if this is the case then there isn't a single living person in the world that's a Christian. Due to the fact that many people leave Christianity behind, and you don't know which will or won't, you can't say for sure that anyone is a Christian. That's how flawed your logic is. You're saying that that determination is made only after death, when its in fact the following we choose in life that determines whether we are a Christian or not, and not unrealized future activities.

  • @MPPFLIPP

So going by your logic, nobody can claim to be a Christian because if they reject God later, they were NEVER a Christian. You can't even say that you're a Christian because you haven't completed your life yet without abandoning Christianity. So, sure, if you want to say I was never a Christian because I left it behind, this entails also accepting that you aren't a Christian either until you've died a Christian.

  • @MPPFLIPP

I mean this is a lot of semantical mental gymnastics that serves one purpose, and let's be honest here; to make yourself feel better about people leaving Christianity. People of stronger faith than yourself that were followers longer than you have been, with more study and experience have left. This troubles you because it shouldn't be, although it is. By summarily dismissing these people as having never been Christian, you feel better about being "the true Christian". Childish.

  • Someone ought to systematically deconstruct "Evidence that Demands a Verdict". It is full of bogus claims about Biblical prophecy.

  • i like you. you seem nice :) subbed

  • even better than failed christian prophecy is the prophecies that fit anyone you want. there's an article on line called 'the messianic rooster' that proves the point. it shows how 'prophecy' can be taken out of context and applied to anyone :::coughjesuscough:::
