Yes,as a matter of fact,he is doing the best he ever has! A slight modification to his diet is the key to his health. I have replaced certain foods in his diet with items he would normally eat in the wild. Wild rabbits are able to eat things considered unhealthy for domestic rabbits. The food that has made the biggest impact,I believe,is oat groats. Thanks for your concern! Look for more videos soon!

what kind of bunny if not eastern cottontail? I have a baby bun looks just like that one, this will be good news for me if I can keep him.

According to my research,hes a West Coast Range Brush Rabbit. A relative to the Eastern Cottontail. In this area the Eastern Cottontail is an introduced species. The Brush Rabbit is native. The species is not endangered,but is on a watch list. I suggest checking out leapyearms youtube page. They left the comment just above yours.
