That was flippin unbelivable, how the hell did you do that effect at 1:00, I know you chroma keyed or something but how exactly was it done?

@JabberCash Are you talking about what I call the "sandwich effect"? If so, I did that multiple times in this video.

Basically, the top layer AND base layer are the same thing except the top layer is chroma keyed. I then put whatever I want in the middle in either a single layer or multiple layers (the latter option chroma keyed in the bit you mentioned).

I'm sure you'll get even better results in Sony Vegas with the addition of masking and cropping and it's rather fun to do IMO.
