Avenue Bar Pinhead Vomits on the Sidewalk

When we first approached the owner of the Avenue Bar, he denied that his staff or patrons were the cause of the urinating and vomiting in my doorway, claiming that homeless "street people" were responsible for the mess.

As you can see, a patron exits the Avenue Bar at 03:53, long after the bar is closed, and spews his toxic mess on the public sidewalk for someone else to clean up.
