The chapter opens at Bella's house. Bella sprints down the stairs and standing about 6 feet behind the door is Jacob. Of course, Alice already knew he was coming. And when Bella looks beyond where Jacob stands, she sees Emery and Jared his idling Rabbit. She knows that they didn't want him to go to Bella's house alone-they weren't sure he could handle it ...

she would have kissed him. she thought edward would never be coming back and one of the posters for new moon once said, 'if you cant be with the one you love, should you love the one your with?' yes, i think she definitely would have kissed him...nut that wouldnt mean she still would have liked it better than Edward's kiss

THE KISS WAS INTERRUPTED BY THE PHONE RINGING.....NOT BY ALICE WALKING IN. BUT YES IF THE PHONE HAD NOT HAVE RUNG SHE WOULD HAVE DEFINATELY KISSED HIM. I DON'T THINK IT WOULD HAVE CHANGED ANYTHING THOUGH, SEEING AS THEIR KISS IN "ECLIPSE" DIDN'T CHANGE A THING.
