Sarah Smith, is said to be described as Cherokee in an 1894 marriage license application. No Dayla. You cannot determine someone's Native heritage by a DNA test. Theoretically, it may be possible one day, but the technology isn't here yet.

Far more reliable are census and marriage records. That's how we know that E. Warren has NA heritage. Sarah Smith, her ancestor, was Cherokee.

"Affirmative Action benefits"?! I'm sorry. There aren't any. Some schools choose to diversify their student body and faculty in order to qualify for federal grants only available to schools that can demonstrate diversity. None are forced to do so. Unless discrimination is provable (a long history of no black students for example), there are zero legal consequences.

The point is -I dont care if she is 1/32 native American(as she appears to be none -and NOT ONE document in her geneology report confirm ANY relation) .
