Matt Chandler describes perfectly why God didn't just make marriage and child rearing (and life in general) easy for Christians and then receive glory from that, but rather teaches us through that difficulty about his incredible love for each of us.

what? You don't think thats a little ridiculous? You're missing out on great news about God!

  • @venusatheart I think maybe you're just over reacting, I'm not sure. But you can't just say someone's being hateful simply because he's shouting. God knows what's going on in his heart.

  • @0326hkim thanks for your link. i just wished they would preach with love and humbleness. screaming doenst convert peoples minds. so many live in a household where parents used to scream to each other, we have to keep this in mind. christ is pure love and forgiveness.

  • @franksui i dont worry about myself, i have faith. but you cannot sream at people. gods word is love, and i have never seen god yell and sream at me. this is a rethorical way to make listeners more or less scared. christ is love and love is not pride, hate and is PATIENT. someone who sceams isnt all of this.

  • @venusatheart if they're preaching with passion and genuine in their heart with love, then be okay with it, but if they're condemning and you're pretty sure it's not out of love, then I would agree with you. I just don't want you to miss out on a good message and with the potential to be blessed.

  • @venusatheart Perhaps you had bad experiences with pastors before? Many pastors are just angry people who are mad at everyone. Some pastors who preach loud are purely out of their passion, and when their hearts get stirred up, their tones tend to go up. If you know them personally, you won't be as disturbed. Don't worry about it. :)

  • i dislike it when pastors start yelling. i wont listen to it just because of that. everything ghets lost just because of that.

  • @einsatzdeath

and throughout this whole time its been a cakewalk?

  • @einsatzdeath People hated Christ b/c of their hard hearts & no doubt some of the people hatin on u have the same prob. However Christ didnt antagonize anyone like u do. He loved them genuinely. Yes He told the truth & didnt back down from it but He did it lovingly. U should show love & grace to those who dont believe & r lost b/c thats how the Holy Spirit wins hearts. No one wants to follow u b/c your hatin on them AS IF your perfect; surely u dont think you r so dont act like it.

  • @einsatzdeath what am I repenting of? My constant prayer is that God would search me and know me. That the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart would be acceptable to Him. My children are not taught to date. Dating teaches kids how to break up, not how to develop a lasting relationship. Fornicate? you have to be joking. Are you never around your kids that you are that ignorant about child rearing?
