In this verse of the Qur'an, God, the Mala'ikah and the Muslims have been mentioned as sending Durood upon Muhammad. Durood Shareef is actually a Dua in praise of Muhammad. When God sends Durood and Salaams upon Muhammad, He is actually blessing him. When the angels and the Muslims send Durood and Salaams to Muhammad, they are actually showing God their respect for Muhammad.

Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect. Sura 33 (al-Ahzab, ayah 56[2]

We make the 12th really important because it was the day of his birth. And by the way the topic of sending kalam to a dead person. The prophet is alive in the grave, in the hadith it is stated that Allah S.W.T has made it HARAM upon the earth to touch the body of the prophet. In namaz when reciting Attahiyaat we say As salamo alayka ay yu han-nabi (oh prophet we send salam upon you). The importance of darood is mentioned in hadith and in the quran.

The sahabi would celebrate milad un nabi every day. On milad un nabi we recite the quran, Recite nasheeds and do dua. These are forms of zikr, and with the zikr we remember our noble prophet. Did the sahaba not listen to the recitation of the quran? Did the prophet not go to al Basari to listen to him recite Moula ya Sali? When people celebrate their birthdays they have a party and that however when it comes to celebrate the prophets birthday by doing zikr we say it is shirk nouzbillah.

How is it that this self proclaimed scholar says there is no better form of worship than Milad and yet the Prophet(SAW) , the SAHABA (raa) and many generations after them for 600yrs did not celebrate this ? DOES HE CLAIM TO KNOW MORE THAN the best of Muslims ? Did Allah(SWT) and his Rasool (SAW) forget (nosabillah) to tell Muslims about this important worship ?

Have you seen this Tahir Qadri teaching a buried person the KALAMA ?

1.The only way of worship accepted is that taught by Prophet (SAW)

2.The annual new Eid (Milad) is not a Sunnah of the Prophet(SAW) - neither he or the Sahaba or any generation 600yrs after the Prophet celebrated it ! - did they have less love for SAW or less knowledge ?

3. The birth date of SAW is not 100% as the Shias have a diff date but the 12th is definitely the date of SAW's death - the day his family, sahaba and all Muslim Ummah were in tears - the new Muslims are doing fireworks !!
