i use 交叉7黑 in day time, and 交叉8黑 on night time.

you know urban decay is not present in hk anymore!

put loose powder on your eyelids to make sure they are completely dry. if that doesn't work, you'll have to use liquid/gel eyeliner, and blend it out by q-tips
