Why are car reviewers so obsessed with touching the dashboard? OMG, SOFT TOUCH MATERIALS!!!

Does this really mean anything at all? I don't know anybody (aside from car reviewers) who care about the softness of the dashboard.

I don't think the Forester is ugly. I think it looks quite nice. In contrast, to me, the styling of the Honda CR-V screams For Soccer Moms Only - not the kind of thing that a guy would want to drive. Ditto for the Toyota RAV4.

The engine has a top mounted inter-cooler as before without a hood scoop can someone explain the that 2 me cant that possibly be as efficient or dare i say more efficient than the older model
