"Once again I crossed paths with Delita--this time in the port city of Warjilis. He advised me not to concern myself any further with the princess or the Zodiac Stones, suggesting that some great and powerful will was fanning the flames of this conflict. The words he spoke weighed upon my mind: "Noble endeavors do not always reach the end that we desire.""

  • sometimes i wish born in an era like this where people chose their words carefully, as if they had more meaning to them and it was like an art to speak

  • I've always felt sorry for Delita. "I swim against" the current, he says, but in reality he just becomes what he hates, another hypocrit. He hates the noble's and the church's manipulative ways, but becomes the master manipulator :/

  • @acetrainer95 He just means his spies and informants run in every city relaying news on the Dukes movements, amongst other information. (Sounds like Delita was stalking Ramza) Yaoi FanFic Alert!

  • @Sherwood368 The text script would say the input name, but the scenes all run Ramza's name, because you would not expect voice actors to try pronouncing complete gibberish like 'xassxholexlickerxxavier' would you?

  • "We have ears in many places..."

Sounds like Delita was stalking Ramza lol

  • @ggx7 common speak was never like this, just so you know plays have always been crafted in such away as to make words have more significance.

  • @ggx7 Amen man. I love trying to talk like this. Others see it weirdly, it's rise of technology ruining the arts of speech.

  • I'm not saying the cutscenes are bad, they're pretty good, but they somehow go against how the scenes showed themselves in the ps1 versions.

  • i just cant believe ramza's voiceover is a old black man..i was stunned looking at his face at wikipedia.

  • Delita - perhaps the most enigmatic/underrated antagonist of the FF series, heck, can he even be called an antagonist? I can see parallels to Seifer, however Delita doesn't come off as a prick.

  • Why didn't they do the ending like this?? It would have been so much better. A shame...
