@justAFaceOfThecrowd Really? That differs a lot from what i rad. Anyway, i still think Alice in Chains should change their name, i mean, that was a band created by 4 friends, and having the same name after all that has happened, i'm not agree. Thanks for the fact, buddy.

@MrTaker1991 Wrong. Alice in Chains has always been Jerry. He wrote 95% of all the music, and even a lot of the lyrics that Layne used to sing.

Duvall is a great singer and his has a lot of talent but let's face it, Alice in Chains it's over, in the name of Layne and Mike, they should change their name 'cause alice in chains is not Alice in Chains without Layne and Mike.

duvall is a great singer, of course it will never be like before, but id rather have them still making great music rather than being a dead band. the only thing he sucks at is talking in between songs, not that layne ever did though

@SoWachuWan I agree 100%, I think Corey Taylor might be the best for the band. And Scott Weiland is his name. I don't like to hate on Duvall, but he just doesn't do it for me. It actually physically hurts me to hear him sing high notes.

I don't think they could have found a better replacement for Layne. Of course no one can really replace him but Duvall is as close as it gets. I saw them live a few months ago and when I closed my eyes, I heard Staley. For those of you saying he's a horrible frontman, did any of you ever see Layne perform live? He never moved. He was drugged out and clinched the microphone the entire performance . Duvall is as good as it gets for a replacement but no one can replace Layne.
