I have been using it for 16 months and I have had NOTHING but NEGATIVE effects what am I doing wrong?????

If you told this to Bill Harris, I'm sure he would say something along the lines of "let whatever happens, happen". In actual fact, there are no 'good' effects and 'bad' effects - there are only effects that we choose to label as 'good' or 'bad'.

If that sounds a little too much like "what's the sound of one hand clapping?" for you, try staying on the levels for longer periods to minimise the shock of moving to a stronger level.

I'm a member of holosync too I'm up to awakening level 3, you must be in purificaton level 1. Do you find that at this stage of the game your have any mystical expirences yet? if so what kind?

Well, it depends what you mean by mystical... I have had some very strange experiences, without doubt: While meditating I have felt incredibly large and then infintissimally small, I have also completely broken down and cried (wailed!) for an hour during the Dive.

Looking back, I feel like these experiences are more 'novelty' than 'mystical'. I feel like I'm only just starting to experience the benefit of Holosync now - I notice beauty everywhere I look - that's the magical part for me! CB

My gripe with holosync is not whether it's beneficial, but rather I think it's just overpriced. There are a number of other products or software where you can make your own meditation programs that will do exactly the same. The holosync pitch worked great 15-20 years ago, but now with any knowledge you'll find that it's not necessary to spend hundreds on this technology. And yes, I've used HS, and was on the program about 15 years ago.

@akavitsuma Yes, I do claim that holosync has changed my life...meaning the whole way I look at life now as opposed to before. I also followed Bill Harris' support information closely and took his on-line Lif'es Principles course. So I've spent a lot more than $179 and it's been worth every penny. I can't say it's for everyone. Not a single person I've recommended it to has been willing to give it a try. But I'm totally commited to the Holosync meditation as a way to peace.
