5/18/10: Under pressure from Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL) and Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA), BP releases video from 5/15 of the gusher at the head of the well riser, one of two major leak points from the Deepwater Horizon offshore drilling rig disaster. Independent experts estimated the other leak rate from the wellhead to be between 1 and 3 million gallons a day. This is additional.

What did they think? That this was not possible? That is was like the Titanic, unsinkable. This was always a possibility and in spite of knowing that this was possible they went ahead with the decision to go off shore. I mean hey, its only our ocean.

Im laughing my ass off over this. The phony outrage shown by press and people makes me want to puke. Two weeks after it stops it will be forgotten . The Earth is breathing and Oil is like the blood of the earth this reminds me of a severed artery sprouting its life blood while its host slowly dies. I am no expert but like a person suffering severe trauma or bleeding shouldn't pressure be applied to stop the bleeding? Just like Quick Clot is used with pressure to stop the bleeding in humans until something better can be done cant something similar be done to the leak.
