  • It blows my mind that Christopher Reeve was only 24 here. He was more mature at 24 then I might ever be. I was like 2 when they filmed this, but I'm in my 30s today.

  • @flix2view in my opinion the producers should have allowed richard donner to complete superman II. too many versions in too many places. also poor editing. such a disorganized mess.

  • Twin Towers at 1:08!

  • I can't understand why didn't they get married? I mean they could be together anyway no matter superman he or not (without all his superpower). Superman could stay with Lois at night in the and of this video and then they could go for a work together, They could get married and live together and Lois could be a mother of superman's children...

  • More material for Superman II The Richard Donner Cut.

  • he was 25 for the record

  • @gothatway09 Christopher was actually 26 when Superman The movie was made. When Superman 2 was released Reeve was 29 although around half of the movie was being filmed during the same time period as the first Superman movie which means that Reeve was 26 for parts of the film while he was 29 for the other parts. And your off to a great start if your looking up to Christopher Reeve as a symbol of maturity among many other things.

  • Yes,

the only one Superman. Christopher Reeve, no more.

  • Ha ha, "Try sleepin' at night, Buster!" Man, talk about BURN!

  • OK, this is really weird. At 5:41, Superman somehow has mind control? In the Donner cut, he used his heat vision to destroy it. What the heck Richard Lester?!!

  • @gothatway09 He was born in 1952, cast in 1977 at 25, filmed in 1978 and released when he was 26, in 1980 they finished filming part 2 for release in 1981, so Reeve would've been between the ages of 26 and 28 during filming, still young but late 20s and not early 20s.
