@quincyonq upper has the green background at the beginning and you get more characters to choose from such as evil ryu,shin akuma,guile,ex balrog[boxer]

yeah but its a bit a pain in the ass playing it on the PSP especially with the other punch and kick buttons on the shoulder buttons and with the PSP's small face button and analog nub

For me it also runs a bit better on the psp.... I have coinops and it occasionally studders on the cps2 games.......
