If you want to know, the story branches. That was the vid for chosing the red suit path, if you chose black suit, Spidy would say this with Vulture strung up.
"There, now you owe me. Cross me again, and I'll take more than your wings." The Vulture quickly saying. "Of course, of course!" He let him get away, no cops.

That's not Tobey's fault, it's the writer's. That should change 'cuse the guy I've heard they hired to write it is known for writing action movies with a lot of comedy. I can't remember his name right now but it's the guy who wrote "The Rundown" with The Rock.
