I'll drum up a couple, off the top of my head:
"Get government off our backs."
"You get what you pay for...You're paying for a lot."
"Why not just let your neighbor steel from you, directly?"
"You spend 4 months of every year as a slave to the government"

I have issues with "mandatory" school prayer...During recess, or whatever, kids can, and will, pray to whatever imaginary being they want. It won't always be the same one their parents believe in.
I think that people have the right to believe in invisible men.
It's difficult being an Atheist Libertarian, eh? You have to deal with people that are rational about everything but religion.

The reason for this is that the power plants need to be run at levels suitable for the daytime and can't be slowed down every night because it takes 10 to 20 hours to bring them up. Most of the electricity that gets generated at night just goes into the ground.

Nuclear power plants generate electricity, not oil. Oil is almost never used to generate electricity in the US, it is mostly used for transportation with a small amount used for home heating. There is a project starting in the gulf of Maine to generate electricity during the winter so people can heat their homes with electric power, but that is the only way electricity can help. As far as elect cars go, since they are charged at night, little if any new electric plants are needed.

We don't need to use foreign oil at all. Few people know this but nuclear energy is actually less expensive per kilowatt than any other known source of electricity. We have tons of open space in the middle of the Nevada or Arizona desert where we can put our powerplants. In fact, we could be EXPORTING electricity RIGHT NOW if it weren't for the goddamn radical environmentalists.
Now we are stuck in an oil war in the middle east, just because we didn't develop nuclear energy like France.
