Some cars like the Neon SRT-4 dont require a power source and simply use the cable that plugs into the diagnostic port. Others require a power source. Heres a quick guide on how to do it using the "Add a fuse" kit.

Also in this video is a quick guide on how to install a Boost gauge on a GM 3800 Series 2 or 3 Supercharged motor.

Merry Christmas!

  • wow thats ghettoooooo run your wires dude!

  • @629RWHPstang

    Yup!

  • I'm thinking about buying this gauge, since we have the same engine, what all parameters work on these cars?

And nice car, check out mine on cardomain, search "sco77"

  • Great mod, a must have in my opinion

    On our cars it reads

Knock Retard,O2's,Maf frequency,Mph,RPM,short term fuel trim

    longterm fuel trim,coolant temp,intake temp,transmission temp,Boost

The only important one it doesnt read is oil pressure thats why I have a seperate gauge for that.

I have a Seperate boost gauge because the 2 parameters I have on 99% of the time is KR and Coolant temp

    My Cardoman is

    98gsregal
