Should you prove me wrong, I reserve the right to change my mind.) No need for an extra side table to support a router, the Jimmy Jig's support platform doubles as a router table. The router is mounted to a spare insert, placed to any distance from the Jimmy Jigs fence and held to a specific point along the aperture by the way of two toggle clamps to the underside of the aperture, also a vertical mount router can designed to be adjusted for height within the aperture, ideal for mortices and tenons
