Teddy, file another counter-claim and demand action against whoever is harassing you here. Your use of this music to dance in NO WAY violates anyone's copyright. Google and YouTube should be aware of this. Your video:

A. Does not use more of the music than is necessary to your work.

B. Does not take sales from the owner of the music copyright. (in fact, it can be argued that it is increasing sales.)

I remember the first time I saw this routine. It was the first episode of SYTYCD I had ever watched. I remember that after I saw this, I just wanted to dance :) Teddy, you sir, inspire me.
