  • Can I get a clarification on what America-landers call sausage? Is that just minced/ground up meat or does it have other stuff in it?

Sausages here in Australia are in a casing, rissoles are basically sausage meat in a patty shape, minced meat is ground meat with no additives and mincemeat is made of fruit so you can see why I get confused ;-)

  • @MrEZCooking Post hallowe'en calorie reduction! :P

  • Now I am going thru deep fried withdrawl! what! Are you tryin to go low cal or something?
