This is a CSN&Y version from the Fillmore East in 1970.

  • What tuning are you using?

  • @wallys123 That's standard tuning. I don't recall whether they're tuned down, though.

  • Hey PT nice song as usual,

i have a request: some steeley dan. in particular: any major dude, or rikki dont lose that #.

also, i have noted a newfoundland or nova scotia accent to your voice. are you originally from there?

  • @legion0101 What you're hearing is actually a Maryland accent.

  • Good lesson no talking, only playing, the way all lessons should be.

  • Your wide range of taste in music always seems to AMAZE me! Even more eclectic and varied than mine. Love Neil Young - proof that you don't need a good voice to be a great musician - You just have to have to portray the passion in what you do - that is what moves people! Bringing your interpretation of all of this great music is greatly appreciated - thx for all of your time and effort that brings so much to joy to many out here!!

  • @van1980 It's honestly hard for me to talk about the volume issue. Whenever I play with other people, I always want my guitar to be loudest. :)

  • @privettricker Yeah, I know they have different tones but my budget is only allowing me to pick one. I have cheaper versions of the Jumbo and Dread that will do in either's absence. I have heard, though, that the J-200 is incredibly loud and drowns out others. Afraid I'm in the sticks and don't have easy access to try them out.

  • Wow great to see this. I've been playing those chords assways for 30 years, I find out tonight. Tonight's the Night.

  • Nicely done - as usual. It would be cool if you would list the chords in the description. I appreciate your song selection and the quality of your videos

  • @van1980 The 200 (maple) and the Hummingbird (mahogany) have very different tones. Still, the 200 is a booming guitar. If you're looking for a similar sound but not as loud, maybe a Dove (maple) would be an option.
