Having endured this since January when Sky+ was installed, I can take it no more. An engineer has visited, scratched his head and gone away again reporting the result to sky as "customer error". This is occurring on THREE televisions on THREE different Sky boxes. This is NOT customer error!

no mate this is not customer error,i work for sky direct,as a engineer,it could be a number of problems ,dish needs realigining,faulty lnb,trees in way of dish,cable fault or cordless phone near box
