Ahem! Sorry, sticking my nose in other peoples convos isn't the norm for me but ignorance really doesn't sit well with me. I love mine, but the handle is black and the barrel is 1/2 inch to a quarter inch. The curls hold SO well for my thin straight hair. I love it :)
