  • I looked for about 9 hours or so.

  • Great shot, How close were the fins to delaminating, Or does the vid make it look worse than it is?

  • @Waikatotek The stickers were vinyl carbon fiber. The held on for the first flight of 1.87 mach. I'm guessing they are only good to mach 2 or so. One fin did get beat up a bit.It looks like it landed on some rocks. I was surprise at how well the paint and other things heldd up. I use rustoleum and normally mach 2 flights is it's limit. My next flight on thisa rocket is with my black formula Wimpy Black. with an 12 second burn..Then it will go up on a moon burner.

  • Was that a moon burner? Nice flight I remember seeing it fly. I'm glad you got it back.

  • Tony, you are my hero! what an awesome rocket, and awesome flight! Congrats! I'm thinking about using your videos as a guide and doing something similar in 54mm

  • Nice flight, how many hours did it take to get it back?
