@emrojo Of course it's a lady bird some people a LOL :P Or as my friend and I like to call them man birds as we thought it was wrong to label them all as ladies hahaha (we were very bored poo picking the horses field at the time lol)

I'm in the US, and I use ladybird / ladybug interchangeably. Part of my upbringing: my mom's from England and my dad is from America---so I've grown up with both names for the little beauties (ladybirds) =)
Ladybird is correct, but so is ladybug. In some places, they even call them Lady Beetles. Different names for the same bug. None of them are wrong.

@Rarrin9378 Coccinellidae to be exact. Ladybird is due to my dialect and so is the correct name for myself to be using.
